If you claim that you have a real sweet tooth, this show really puts it to the test! Each episode in this new series is based on the idea of using one main ingredient in two different dessert recipes, one that's easy enough to make right away and another requiring a little more preparation that's guaranteed to dazzle your guests at your next dinner party. Host and pastry chef Anna Olsen brings years of expertise and an amazing repertoire of sweet treats to be replicated and enjoyed for weeknight suppers and weekend entertaining. Each episode focuses on desserts ranging from fruit-based main ingredients such as peaches, cherries, raspberries, lemons, apples or bananas; to recipes which incorporate cinnamon, mascarpone, vanilla, brown sugar and cream cheese. Viewers are guided through everything from making to plating, each episode completed with great presentation ideas to dress up the days' recipes.

Salt and pepper
Paprika

Pare potatoes and cut into 1/8-inch slices crosswise. Drop into cold water. Drain and dry. Dip each slice into melted butter and line a buttered, heavy skillet with overlapping slices. There should be no more than three layers. Season well and dot with butter. Place in a very hot oven, about 450 degrees F, for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake until tender and browned, about 30 minutes longer. Invert onto a platter.
