If you can't handle measurements in gram, please go to http://www.convert-me.com/en/ to get the recipe in pounds and stuff. No guarantee though: The last time I convertet a recipe from pounds to kilogram, it turned out a total DESASTER!!! What's written in the subtitles, is basically: Work the dough as quickly as possible (if it gets warm, it becomes very sticky and you can't roll it out anymore). If the dough got a little sticky nevertheless, you can roll it out between two layers of clingfilm. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Leave the cookies in the oven for around 14 minutes. Then drag them on a turned-over gridiron to cool (so they get crispy). Done! ;-) There will be an explaning video in English to this German one as soon as I'm better. A couple of my kids and my wife even make cameo appearances in this video. It's the least I can do for all the taste testing I make them endure as I try new recipes. My non-low-carbing family members even like this recipe as an alternative to starchy mashed potatoes. Try this recipe; I think it'll be a hit with you as well! Recipe: 1 Head Cauliflower 2.5 TBS Butter 1/3 cup Heavy Cream 1 Chicken Bouillon cube 1 tsp salt White pepper to taste Directions: * Cook Cauliflower until fork tender. Drain well. * Place cooked cauliflower and other ingredients (crush bouillon cube first) into the food processor. Run on high until consistency of mashed potatoes. Ok, so me and Lauren decided to make sausage rolls in my house today. There's no description.. HAHA! I smash a jug, get flour all ovre my clothes/face, and I offically cannot roll out pastry! Haha! I think I explain enough in the video, although, you buy puff pastry (Not frozen, better end result) and you can buy a packet of sausage meat, or skin 6 sausages. You roll out your pastry into a large rectangle, then score and cut it in half. Put the 2 halves to one side for now, while you prepare your meat. Put PLENTY of flour down, and have a lot on your hands, sprinkle some ontop too. (If it sticks, it REALLY isn't nice!) DO NOT make it into a patty shape (Like I did.. Whoops) Roll it with 2 hands with even pressure straight away. Put your meat to the side and take back your pastry, lay it out and put your meat directly in the middle. Cut all the rough edges of the pastry rectangle so it looks better. Put water on the flaps, and sausage meat, and foll one end, then the other, and cut the 2 ends off. This isn't a recipe from a book, so from what I know, a top shelf on a fan assisted oven (Top heat, about 250 degrees) for about 10 minutes (Check very regularly) (..less)

Read carefully this before making Basil Pesto Tips to prepare Basil Pesto 1) Wash and dry basil leaves 2) Load the mixing tool or a mixer with basil leaves, garlic (a small slice or more), salt (two pinches or more), 1 spoon of pine seeds (or more, according to your taste), olive oil (extra-virgin olive oil, not other kind), and cheese. I recommend Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino (sheep's milk cheese) or a mix of both (70 % Parmesan and 30 % Pecorino) 3) Mix everything with short mixer work (about 1 minute and half, not to burn the leaves) 4) Dump everything in a bowl. Add carefully some more olive oil to make your sauce fluid, smooth. Taste it and add salt if it is necessary. Add sauce to your hot spaghetti and enjoy it!
