Jackie's Sautéed Shrimp Summer Salad:
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
1 - 2 lbs of fresh uncooked large shrimp (shelled & deveined)
1 Large Bag of clean Mixed Greens
1-2 Handfuls of Slivered Almonds
1 -2 Handfuls of Dried Cranberries
1 -2 Handfuls of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Banana, Sliced
Old Bay Seasoning
1 lemon
1 Packet of Good Seasons Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
Pre-heat a skillet. Drizzle enough Olive Oil to coat the bottom.* Peel and Chop garlic and then add to skillet. Stir with a wooden spoon to sauté garlic. Prepare Good Seasons Mix with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar per instructions on Packet. In a large Bowl, add Mixed Greens, Slivered Almonds, Dried Cranberries, Shredded Cheese and Banana slices. Add Shrimp to Skillet with Garlic and Olive Oil. Sautee with wooden spoon until Shrimp is cooked (About 3-5 minutes). Add Mixed Salad Dressing to salad. Toss. Add cooked shrimp to Salad right before serving.

cheesecake will still a bit jiggly in the middle but firm on the sides. do NOT wrap with plastic wrapper when cheesecake still warm. do NOT let water drips onto the cheesecake. cheesecake will only be firm enough to cut after refrigerated for at least 2 hours-8 hours, but best overnight. cheesecake usually will cracks if you open the oven to take a peek. over beating the cream cheese mixture. oven too hot. you can double this recipe, I only live with my husband so I didn't think to make a bigger one but this yields more than 6 slices and yummie ^_^ for lighter cheesecake I suggest use nonfat cream cheese and nonfat sour cream which in this case I didn't hehe

Walk on the Beach
2 oz Van Gogh Pineapple Vodka
Your favorite sliced fruit: pineapple, watermelon, oranges, and strawberries
Combine ingredients in bowl and serve
Key Lime Pie Martini
2 oz Van Gogh 80-proof Vodka
1/2 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz Roses lime juice
Splash of cream
Combine, shake and serve.
Rim glass with graham cracker crumbs. Garnish with lime wedge.
Lemon Cake Martini
2 oz Van Gogh 80-proof Vodka
1 oz Limoncello
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 tbl. lemon zest
1 tsp. whipped topping
Combine, shake, serve. Top with whipped cream.
Black Forest Cake
1 oz Van Gogh Black Cherry Vodka
1 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1/2 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
Splash of Maraschino Cherry juice
Splash of cream
Combine, shake, serve. Garnish with a cherry.
Espresso Mint Chocolate Chip Treat

Here we are making a homemade cake from scratch. It's not that hard as you will see. It's kind of like making bread.
We call this cake a "Christmas Cake", but you can call it what you want. We call it this because the cake itself is flavored and colored. Icing on top of it is therefore optional. The cake is sweet enough as is, and you can find a bunch of icing recipes her on YouTube.
This recipe is a small cake and makes 2 good sized servings. If you need more than that than simply double the recipe.
Recipe:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup soft shortening such as butter
1 egg
Into the wet ingredients you can place the flavors such as:
anise flavor (1/8 teaspoon)
almond flavor(1/8 teaspoon)
lemon flavor (1/2 teaspoon)
vanilla flavor (1 teaspoon real, or 1 tablespoon artificial)
Opt: cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon) and
ginger (1/4 teaspoon)
A drop or two of food color can be used in the batter for a colored cake. For ex. 1 drop of red will give a pink cake, and 2 or 3 will give more of a red cake.

Tips to prepare a good Tiramisu
1) Prepare coffee (200 ml), pour it in a plate, add 1 spoon of sugar and mix coffee and sugar with a spoon.
2) Take a bowl, add 6 spoons of sugar (100 gr). Separate red and white of 3 eggs. Add the red parts to the sugar in the bowl. Pour the white part (albumen) in another bowl, later you will beat egg whites stiff.
3) Take the bowl with the sugar and red of 3 eggs and work it with a whip or with a mixer as shown in video. Work on eggs until they change colour (from orange to a pale yellow) and double their volume. At this point add mascarpone (250 gr.), step by step and mix it with the egg cream very slowly.
4) Take the other bowl with the white of the eggs and beat them stiff.
5) Take the bowl with cream made of eggs, sugar and mascarpone and add 2 spoons of the white of the eggs stiff. Mix it gently with a whip and add then other 2 spoons of the white of the eggs stiff. Mix it and let it rest for 2 minutes.
6) Take an aluminium bowl, put in it 2 spoons or more of the cream you get mixing eggs, mascarpone, sugar and white of the eggs stiff. Spread cream and made a layer.

Coffee Cake Martini
1 oz Van Gogh Espresso Vodka
1 tsp. Goldschlager
1/4 oz. butterscotch schnapps
1 oz. Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
1 tsp. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker and add crushed ice. Let stand for five seconds. Shake vigorously for five seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
French Kiss Latte
1 oz Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
1oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
splash cream
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker and add crushed ice. Let stand for five seconds. Shake vigorously for five seconds. Strain into martini glass. Drizzle the glass with chocolate syrup.
